The moment you ask yourself earnestly “what is my part in making a fulfilling and harmonious development in my life possible?!” - you are beginning to take an important step in the right direction. We need to take the initiative to understand the nature of our reality so that our efforts and the steps we take are not just blind reactions to the happenings in our life!

For example, we need to recognize that in the very manifestation of life there is an ongoing interplay of polarities! Another important factor is to see that even though it is not in our hands, as to what life brings to us it is definitely within our capacity as to what we make of that what life brings.
Yes, we are capable to look, consider and carefully respond to the events of our life rather than blindly react like an animal or a robot which cannot, but react more or less automatically in certain pre-conditioned (programmed) ways.

Yet another factor is to recognize, that we need to experientially realize that the life-energy is manifesting from moment to moment - always in the now - therein lays our responsibility as well as our chance to enable a change in our life. We can decide in which direction we want to manifest our energy, now.
The challenges of life, when rightly accepted and understood can become a chance to learn, to ripen, to flow and be with the dance of life. Coming in tune with life!

Windsurfing is an example; nature creates the basic dynamism, the wind and the dance of the waves. The game of the surfer is to learn to find the balance and move forward.....

Life Surfing is learning the way of attuning to life by finding a deep inner balance that can open us to a new vision of our reality. It is an inner awakening where we don’t give up or stagnate into some static roles, but consciously part-take in life. This is leading to a state of inner clarity and freedom and we thereby become co-creators of a reality of love and celebration.
