Learn the fundamental techniques and philosophies of Zen Shiatsu!
Students will experience guided meditations designed to increase awareness of chi flow through the body, and partnered exchanges of bodywork techniques that will awaken you to the healing potential in your hands.
Shiatsu is a Japanese style of bodywork that uses pressure and stretching to activate the same acupoints and meridians used by acupuncturists. It is deeply satisfying for both the giver and receiver, and can be learned and performed by people of all ages and experience, with no prerequisites.

Unmani has been offering spontaneous and direct non-dual teachings for about 4 years, mainly in the UK but also Europe, USA and Australia.
