
Deliberately not holding onto or identifying with any particular role or goal, relaxing into a state of ‘being’ nobody in particular.
When observing on a physical level, we can see that exhaling deeply is complimentary to inhaling deeply. In the same way, becoming familiar with our ‘nobodyness’ creates the right foundation for a healthy way of being with our ‘somebodyness’. In our daily life, being in different roles and setting up goals we are dealing with the area of ‘somebodyness’. This exercise then allows us to relax into the ‘nobodyness’. When we allow both these polarities in our life, it becomes possible to be with this interplay of being ‘somebody’ and being nobody in particular in an alive, enthusiastic, yet deeply relaxed way.
